Abstract: In accordance with the invention, coupled transmission lines are fabricatedin forms that are tolerant of manufacturing variation or can be readilytuned. In accordance with a first embodiment, the transmission line isformed with alternating overlapping edges for enhanced manufacturingtolerance. In a second embodiment, the line is provided one or moreoverlapping adjustment regions to permit tuning. A third embodiment hasboth alternating overlapping edges and one or more tuning regions.
